Titles and traits (called traits for simplicity) are characteristics that help to describe a human or monster. The two are nearly identical in function, but titles are used to describe humans, whereas traits describe monsters.

Although primarily based on personality or physicality, there may be exceptions. Traits may affect other parts of the character, such as their stats, abilities, or interactions. They must have an effect on the story and should be approved by a GM for the sake of cohesion within the setting. Some traits require maintenance in order to keep, such as “Student” or “Addict”.

Below is a list of accepted titles and traits.

Known Traits

On occasion, a trait may have a level. These levels indicate the strength or severity of the trait. For example, a level one Scars trait would have only mild scarring that would only affect appearance, but higher levels could affect flexibility and agility.
