Bim Fruit
This spiky fruit is popular among goblins and is gaining popularity among humans despite its side-effects.
Similar to dragonfruit, it has a soft inner flesh filled with tiny black seeds, with the flesh's inner color seemingly random.
The fruit is an aphrodisiac and has an aptly-named 'bimboification' effect on females of any species who eat it. The eater's breasts, hips, bottom, and thighs will grow, along with their lips. Their hair and skin become smoother and healthier as well. Unfortunately, the eater loses some of their mental capacity while these changes are taking place, especially so if she is sexually stimulated during or shortly after eating the fruit. Eaters who do not masturbate or seek pleasure during this time experience a more minor effect.
